Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

Once your order is placed it can take up to 2 days to process before being posted.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

For domestic shipping within Australia:

• $12 for Standard shipping, estimated arrival is within 2 to 8 business days.
• $16 for Express shipping, estimated arrival is within 1 to 4 business days.

International shipping is $25.

Upon delivery of your parcel, depending on the country it may be subject to duties and taxes, which the customer is required to pay. Desudo is not liable for these costs.

Estimated delivery for international shipping is 8 to 20 days depending on the country.

 

Returns

We accept returns for an exchange or full refund.

All returns are at the customer's expense and can be delivered to:

We only accept return requests within 14 days of you receiving your order. All returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

• Items are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed.
• All tags are still in place and attached.

For exchanges, please reach out to info@desudo.com.au to confirm we have your size available. If your size is not available, you will be eligible for a refund.
