The Best Blue and White Outfits for a Sweat-Friendly Summer Vacay
I know how hard it can be to find the right item when you're craving a new addition for your vacation wardrobe.
It has to match what you already own, be a style that you like, a colour that you like, AND be sweat-friendly.
Here I have curated a selection of blue and white outfits that you should look at for your next summer holiday. The clothes are from the The Outnet, a website that offers an extensive range of discount luxury fashion.
All of the following items are made from materials which I believe are sweat-friendly and will hide sweat the best. This means you can still enjoy colour and style, without compromising your hyperhidrosis clothing needs.
Side Note: Designer items usually recommend dry clean only. I recognise that recommending items that 'can't be washed' to a community that sweats a lot is silly on principle. Personally I haven't had issues with gently hand-washing 'dry clean only' clothes in cold water and mild detergent. Please do what you're comfortable with and if that's avoiding dry clean only clothing then do so. I take the risk of buying them sometimes because I know how to care for it properly when washing.
Day Trips
A silk cami that ties at the back, also has adjustable straps. Easy to pair with denim shorts and to dress up.
50% cotton 50% nylon, a cropped crochet-knit polo style shirt. The holes in the knit would make this shirt airy for summer! A good layering piece also.
Skorts are SO popular right now and for good reason. I normally don't look at white bottoms because when wet it can be see-through. But the composition of this is 65% cotton 35% polyester which means it will dry quicker than if it was 100% cotton, and be more moisture wicking. Bonus because it has the shorts layer and then the skirt overlay so it should hide sweat more easily than if it was a single layered garment.
Lunch
Mid-weight 100% cotton. The pleats in this skirt give it some body, so if you're sweating a lot the shape of the skirt can conceal it as well as the print.
97% cotton 3% lycra. The style of the sleeves will conceal armpit sweat well. And being a sleeveless top your armpits can air out too.
Beach to Bar
100% linen shirt - fantastic as a layer in summer over another top. Style it unbuttoned or tied up for a relaxed look. This shirt can come off when at the beach, then back on when at the bar.
70% cotton 30% polyamide. A bra top like this would go perfectly under the linen shirt as a bottom layer.
100% viscose and an elastic waist. 10/10 points for comfort! The print is perfect for hiding sweat.
Dinner
Plain white again - this one is a risk. It's 100% viscose and is fully lined, so I would take a chance and see how it goes. I've always wanted a plain white dress but everything is always see-through or won't hide sweat. Because of the lining I think this would be a good bet.
